Magnified Imaging

The photographs above use a variety of techniques of photomicrography (imaging through a microscope) in order to get high magnification. Using a regular light microscope, some techniques above are brightfield, reflected, polarized, and darkfield. I also used a Scanning Electron Microscope, which uses electrons instead of light to create images. The machine I used was a Hitachi S-520 Scanning Electron Microscope.
